Delete your Drivora account

You can delete your account in the Drivora app (Settings → Your data → Delete account) or on the website.

Can't sign in? Email the contact address published on this page before launch from the address on your account with "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete within 30 days.

What we delete

Your sign-in, name, email, phone, pickup address, push tokens and preferences.

What we keep, and why

Payment and refund records for 6 years (tax law), with your name removed where we can. Lesson records your instructor keeps as their own business records stay under their control. Ask them, or ask us and we'll pass it on.
